Rough Cut Feedback

Hey Everyone,

Today I got given feedback on my rough cut pages about what people liked about them and what they thought I could improve on, so first here are the things people liked:

Front cover:

·        * Strong title

·         *Good logo/ name

·         *Good image/ editing of the image

·         *Colour scheme

·         *Good Fonts and layout

Contents Page:

·        * Good variation in pictures

·         *Page numbers stand out well

·         *Description boxes are unique

·         *Colours really work

·         *Good layout

Double Page Spread:

·        * Good image

·         *Question and answer article

·         *Interesting quote

·         *Good use of fonts

·         *The page number and logo in the corner

Things my target audience said I should improve on when I was given feedback:

Front cover:

·         *Add more too it

·         *Make the writing easier to read

·         *Make sure everything stands out

·         *Add a price

·         *Add more stories

Contents Page:

·        * Add some range to your photos

·         *Improve the text at the bottom

·         *Fill up the white space

·         *Change the page numbers to all match

·         *Add more articles

Double Page spread:

·        * Add a quote to the text

·         *Make the article bolder

·         *Add a subtitle

·         *Make title more original

·         *Add more interesting fonts to the page

I will use all the feedback that I was given to make improvements over the next few weeks to my magazine pages ready for my final cut in April.
